The Hafez Persian Restaurant team started their job in 2013 from a catering located in Doncaster around Melbourne named Tahchin. Fortunately, due to our exceptional quality and authenticity in Persian food and customer services, we were encouraged to open up Tahchin Restaurant. Considering of excellent authentic Persian food and services. Finally, we expanded the business to the current location and stablished Hafez Persian Restaurant. Serving most authentic Persian food with best and fresh materials is our proud. Customer’s satisfaction was our goal and it is, also we only strive to better ourselves in the future.
Persian food:
Typical Iranian main dishes are combinations of rice with meat, and vegetables, along with sour, spicy and sweet flavors. Besides Kebabs are various cooked meat dishes, with their origins in Persian cuisine. Some of the most popular Persian kebabs are Koobideh,Shishlik, Chenjeh, Barg and Joojeh Kebab. In Hafez Restaurant we serve all of these delicious gourmet foods and other Iranian traditional cuisine such as Zereshk Polo, Baghali Polo,Ghormeh Sabzi, Bamieh, Gheimeh Bademjan,Fesenjan, etc. We already have surprising traditional vegetarian dishes like Khoresht Karafs, Vegetable Kebab.
